Frontline Recruitment Group
A website redesign and brand relaunch with a candidate focus
Drum was tasked with launching the Frontline Recruitment Group Salary and Satisfaction Index along with its rebranding to the Australian media.

The story
The campaign
The study showed how employers could attract and retain talent during severe staff shortages. We developed narratives around the Great Resignation and employee job satisfaction, blending Frontline’s findings with the ELMO Employee Sentiment Index, which found that 43% of Australian workers planned to actively search for a new role and 19% planned to quit without another job lined up.
The Index and polling were packaged with infographics, candidate testimonials and franchisee commentary, tailored to each recruitment sector and pitched through exclusives. We also arranged interviews with key spokespeople.
The rebrand, growth story and revenue increase were pitched to franchise media, landing coverage in the Australian Financial Review and across hospitality, catering, construction and HR media. Content was shared across Frontline’s social channels.
