Building relationships with referrers for mid-sized law firm
We were tasked with building brand awareness of Brisbane-based, Bennett & Philp Lawyers amongst referrers and potential B2B clients.
The six-month marketing campaign featured a social media campaign, PR, collateral, and events. We rolled out a new client contact tool – Client Sense amongst fee earners; set up referrer networking events; and developed thought-leadership blogs and placed them in B2B media.
The brief also included creating and distributing an inaugural quarterly newsletter and developing new brochures for the Family Law, Business Advisory, IP, and the Real Estate practices.
To encourage and reward new client wins amongst fee earners, we developed and launched the ‘Smart Collaboration Awards’.
Our pièce de resistance was creating the Young Professional Network (YPN) for Bennett and Philip young lawyers, and existing and new referrers. Supported by a social media campaign, the YPN hosted a series of networking events in Brisbane for young professionals.
The marketing campaign results included an increase in referred clients from accountants and IFAs; an increase in fee earners business development activity; boost in social media impressions and reach; uplift in web traffic.
