Drum was tasked with launching the Frontline Recruitment Group Salary and Satisfaction Index along with its rebranding, to the Australian media – retail, hospitality, health, education, construction, business media.

The study provided significant insights into how employers could better attract and retain talent in the climate of staff shortages. We created narratives around The Great Resignation sweeping across country and insights into the job satisfaction of employees.  We blended the Frontline Index findings with the ELMO Employee Sentiment Index – a nationwide poll revealing that more than two in five Australian workers (43%) were planning to actively search for a new job in 2022, while nearly a fifth (19%) were planning to quit without another job lined up.

The Frontline Index and poll was packaged with infographics and candidate testimonials and franchisee commentary, tailored for each recruitment market sector, and pitched to the media, via exclusives.  We also set up interviews with key Frontline spokespeople.

The rebranding story, along with narrative on the impressive growth and an upsurge in revenue for Frontline Recruitment was pitched to the franchise media.

We landed a great article in AFR, as well as news and features across the hospitality, catering, construction and HR media. This content was shared across Frontline Recruitment social media channels.

The short, four-month burst PR campaign delivered franchisee enquiries and leads, increased website traffic and social media engagement.
