How strict bank lending criteria paved the way for a surge in demand for bridging finance

We worked with Positive Commercial Finance to build brand awareness of its range of finance products amongst property investors, landlords, developers and introducers.

We created narratives of short-term finance providers still offering unachievable rates; SMEs struggling to source suitable finance from their business bankers; and the benefits of bridging finance.

We set up Interviews, spotlight features, news stories, blogs and features across the property and introducer media, focusing on business news; stats and data; industry commentary.

We landed over 40 x articles across the target media; increase web traffic; and generated leads and enquiries during a six month campaign. We reached an audience of over 2.2 million and 98% of coverage communicated 3 key brand messages.
