Our challenge was to launch Offa as the first bridge finance provider in the UK to offer financial products, designed in accordance with recognised universal Islamic and ethical financing principles. The multi-channel marketing campaign featured PR, EDMs, social media campaign and awards entry.

We kicked off the PR with narratives around ethical finance and the rules of Islamic finance for brokers and property investors, positioning Offa as a leading expert in Sharia short-term finance.  We also educated target audiences of Offa’s finance products eg from £100,000 to £2m at 75% net FTV for residential and 65% FTV commercial, on terms between 1-18 months for renovations to properties in England and Wales.

We scored a six-part series of blogs on Sharia finance in Specialist Finance Introducer and continued to drip-feed narratives around finance deals, senior management team appointments, NACFB membership etc.

We delivered over 30 x pieces of media coverage across the bridging, finance, mortgage, landlord, property investment and Asian media over six months, via interviews, spotlight features, thought leadership blogs and news stories. The social media campaign featured two-weekly posts sharing media coverage; Offa news; testimonials’ reviews; staff news; and market commentary. The marketing campaign resulted in leads and enquiries from bridging brokers and property investors.
