We helped build awareness of Canopy, a digital rental ecosystem focused on improving the financial lives of millions of rental households.

We kicked off the campaign with profiles of the Founder, Tahir Farooqui who left KPMG in 2016 to start Canopy with a simple mission – build a platform that can contribute towards building a fabric of trust across the rental value chain, whilst being singularly focused on developing/pulling best-in-class, renter-centric financial products, which help a renter become financially resilient – and help globe trotters like himself rent a property wherever they choose to move!

As a renter, Tahir had rented in 12 countries, paid rental deposits, had gone through very painful screening processes, each time he rented. In a nutshell, the rental market historically has not focused on the tenant as a customer – the customer historically been the ‘landlord’.

So, we took this messaging to interviews, features, thought leadership blogs, news stories and testimonials and landed over 50 pieces of media coverage, which increased web traffic and enquires.
